Prophix One: User Management Revolutionised with Enhanced Security Features.

Prophix has reached a new milestone with the implementation of powerful user management features on its Prophix One platform. These tools are designed to enhance access security while simplifying the administration of accounts and applications within companies.

A Centralised and Flexible Interface for Administrators

Since the official launch of Prophix One in April 2024, administrators now have access to a centralised interface that enables them to manage users more easily. Thanks to this new interface, admins can:

• Add users manually or through bulk import via CSV.

• Manage user roles (user or administrator).

• Assign specific applications and instances to users.

This interface is particularly useful for companies that need smooth and rapid management of user accounts within the platform.

Enhanced Security with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To meet growing security requirements, Prophix One has integrated multi-factor authentication (MFA). When users first log in, they must configure their MFA. This provides an additional barrier against unauthorised access. If a user fails to log in too many times, their account is automatically locked, and a reactivation procedure is put in place to ensure security.

Audit Tools and Login Monitoring

Administrators also have access to advanced audit tools, enabling them to track all logins and account changes. These reports are generated as CSV files, allowing teams to monitor user activity in real time, track login attempts and ensure that all operations comply with the company's security policies.

Advanced Application Assignment Management

Managing applications and their instances is now easier than ever. Prophix One enables administrators to:

• Assign or unassign applications and instances to specific users.

• Suspend access to an application temporarily while keeping user accounts active.

• Revoke assignments for users without deleting their accounts.

This gives companies greater flexibility in managing access, particularly useful during maintenance periods or when access rights are being changed.
