Wolters Kluwer announces the expansion of its CCH® Tagetik ESG & Sustainability platform capabilities. Through two new developments, the Dutch publisher aims to strengthen its ability to support companies in their transition towards a more sustainable economy that complies with environmental regulations.
An automated response to CBAM requirements
First, the CCH® Tagetik ESG & Sustainability for CBAM solution (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, or Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) addresses growing regulatory requirements related to carbon emissions. This new capability automates the collection, calculation and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions, helping companies comply with CBAM obligations while reducing the risk of manual errors.
This module is part of an increasingly demanding European landscape, requiring manufacturers and importers to demonstrate their commitment to decarbonisation. By integrating this component into its ESG suite, Wolters Kluwer is anticipating the operational needs of finance and environmental departments.

At the same time, the publisher is launching a second module: CCH® Tagetik Planning & Analytics for ESG. This solution connects financial data with non-financial indicators to enable integrated and agile planning. With this approach, companies can align their ESG objectives with their overall financial strategy, while benefiting from predictive tools powered by artificial intelligence.
