Vena obtains Microsoft certification for its AI solution

Vena Solutions has obtained Microsoft’s Solutions Partner with certified software designation in the field of Financial Services AI. This recognition highlights the interoperability of its platform with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft tools, enabling AI to be integrated into financial planning, decision-making, closing and consolidation processes.

Vena Solutions announces that it has obtained Microsoft’s Solutions Partner with certified software designation in the field of Financial Services AI. This recognition is part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and reinforces Vena’s strategy around artificial intelligence and its integration with Microsoft technologies.

Recognition focused on interoperability

The designation awarded to Vena concerns the interoperability of its solution with several technologies in the Microsoft environment, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.

For Vena, this milestone reflects its desire to offer a platform that integrates with the tools already used by businesses. The vendor particularly highlights its connections with Excel, Power BI, Azure and Microsoft Fabric, technologies widely used in finance departments’ working environments.

This approach addresses an increasingly important issue as artificial intelligence develops: how can AI be integrated into existing processes without multiplying systems and data sources?

AI serving financial processes

Vena positions its platform around several financial activities, including planning, analysis, decision-making, as well as financial closing and consolidation.

The vendor believes that using AI in these areas requires reliable data, established financial rules, access rights and governance mechanisms. Integration with the Microsoft ecosystem should therefore help bring these different elements together within a single technological environment.

The stated objective is to facilitate the transition from AI experimentation to more operational use cases within businesses, particularly for finance teams.

A strategy aligned with “Orchestrated Performance”

This announcement is also part of the strategy Vena has developed around Orchestrated Performance. The vendor aims to bring people, processes, data and artificial intelligence agents together across various financial and operational processes.

Vena is continuing to develop its agentic AI capabilities, with the ambition of using agents capable of intervening in planning, decision-making and closing processes.

This direction reflects a broader shift in the EPM and FP&A market: artificial intelligence is no longer limited to data analysis, but is gradually seeking to integrate directly into management and performance management processes.

A strengthened presence in the Microsoft ecosystem

The new designation complements several elements Vena has already highlighted in its relationship with Microsoft. The solution is notably available on Azure Marketplace and is eligible for the Azure co-sell program as well as the Azure Consumption Commitment.

For businesses that already work with Microsoft technologies, this integration may make it easier to incorporate Vena into their existing technology environment.

Vena nevertheless specifies that the Microsoft designation relates specifically to the interoperability of the solution with Microsoft products. It does not constitute a guarantee of the solution’s performance or effectiveness. Microsoft also indicates that the certification is based on a self-attestation by the solution owner and reflects the situation observed at the time of its review.

With this new recognition, Vena is therefore seeking to strengthen its position in the Microsoft ecosystem while continuing to develop its AI solutions for finance functions. The challenge now will be to turn this technological integration into concrete use cases for businesses, particularly in planning, decision-making and financial closing processes.
