House of HR modernises its financial planning with Anaplan.
European group House of HR, specialising in talent management solutions, has taken a strategic step by adopting the Anaplan platform to transform its financial processes and strengthen its decision-making capabilities across the group.
A transformation driven by growth
Faced with rapid growth and a decentralised structure, House of HR needed to rethink its reporting and planning tools. Its previous solution, Tagetik, was no longer able to meet the growing needs for agility and collaboration. It was in this context that the group chose Anaplan, recognised for its ability to centralise planning, financial forecasting and scenario analysis.
An agile deployment focused on business needs
The project implementation began in March 2023, with the contract signed in June and go-live as early as January 2024. Thanks to Anaplan, teams were able to move away from scattered Excel files in favour of a collaborative, automated and secure environment.
Immediate results and broader adoption
Initially intended for budget management and reporting, the project expanded to other critical functions such as taxation, IFRS 16 standards and cash flow forecasting. These use cases illustrate Anaplan's adaptability to the complex financial challenges of a group such as House of HR.
Lisa Verhelst, Head of Management Control, highlights significant time savings, particularly through the automation of PowerPoint presentations using Anaplan data. Maxime Mylle, Head of Finance and Digitalisation Projects, praises the solution's ability to meet the specific needs of each group entity.
Building on this success, House of HR plans to expand the use of Anaplan to other operational areas. The objective: to strengthen data quality, accelerate decision-making and sustain a culture of connected planning.
