This project, centred on the Board platform, aims to strengthen consistency, efficiency and collaboration across the function, at a time when organisations are seeking to increase agility and financial transparency.
According to Arnaud Pasquelin, Director of Management Control Function Steering at La Poste Groupe, this initiative has made it possible to structure the entire community of management controllers around a common reference framework and a shared tool. According to the publisher, this collective momentum promotes an expanded business partner role and strengthens the sense of belonging to a now unified function.
Implementing a single information system has also helped to reduce historical silos between the different entities. Access to consolidated, reliable and shared data improves the quality of performance management and harmonises practices. Teams now have a common language and aligned processes, making it easier to understand results and make decisions.
A centre of expertise has also been created to support the ongoing evolution of reporting and help users adopt the platform. This dedicated organisation makes it possible to optimise processes, ensure regular tool improvements and share best practices.
Beyond streamlining methods and data, this transformation opens the way to new opportunities, particularly around artificial intelligence and enhanced forecasting capabilities. La Poste is thus laying the foundations for more proactive performance management, capable of anticipating change and supporting the Group's strategic challenges.
