Board has announced an update to its Cloud infrastructure that will require action from certain customers before November 1, 2026. The update affects organizations that use allowlists of authorized IP addresses to control access to Board Cloud services.
New IP addresses to be added
Starting November 1, 2026, Board will add new inbound IP addresses for several services in its Cloud environment. The IP addresses currently in use will remain in place. Affected companies will therefore simply need to add the new addresses to their allowlist to maintain normal access to the services.
This change notably affects the Subscription Hub, Board platforms, Sandbox environments and administration portals.
The objective is to support changes to the Board Cloud infrastructure while maintaining access continuity for organizations that apply network filtering rules.
Which environments are affected?
The change applies only to certain inbound access points to Board Cloud. Several components are not affected by this update. Board specifies in particular that Cloud Connectors, Board Shared Storages and VPNs do not require any changes related to this announcement.
Outbound connections from Board instances to external data sources, whether ERP or CRM systems, Cloud applications or data warehouses, also remain unchanged.
Action required from IT teams
For companies using an IP address allowlist, the action required is primarily technical. IT or security teams will need to consult the Board Cloud architecture documentation and add the new IP addresses before November 1, 2026.
Board recommends that affected customers plan this operation in advance to avoid any interruption to access to the services concerned. The provider also encourages organizations to share this information with their network and security teams.
For organizations that do not use an IP address-based filtering mechanism, this update should not require any specific action.
