The partnership agreement between Bertelsmann, RTL Group and OneStream marks a new stage in the digital transformation of the finance function within one of Europe’s largest media conglomerates. OneStream announced that the Bertelsmann group, together with its subsidiary RTL Group, has selected its platform to streamline and modernise its consolidated financial reporting processes.
Specifically, this strategic choice aims to standardise and digitise financial processes, while improving the group’s transparency, agility and ability to adapt. With OneStream’s cloud solution, Bertelsmann and RTL Group will now be able to manage the consolidation, reporting and financial planning of their various entities in a unified manner.
Furthermore, this partnership is part of an overall modernisation strategy. By centralising the management of key processes, the OneStream platform will not only reduce manual tasks, but also optimise data flows and improve the quality of analysis. In addition, it will help strengthen the group’s technological capabilities, particularly as part of its artificial intelligence initiative.
