Aviva secures its financial processes with Anaplan.
In an unstable economic environment, Aviva, the UK’s leading insurer, is strengthening its ability to anticipate by expanding its use of the Anaplan platform to optimise its financial and operational decisions.
This expanded deployment is based on more than 30 integrated planning models, covering zero-based budgeting, profit and loss modelling, cash flows for real assets, as well as operational, IT, tax and asset management costs. The objective is clear: improve data consistency, streamline budgeting processes and enable faster, more reliable decision-making through real-time analysis.
"By expanding our use of Anaplan, we are taking a major step forward in optimising our financial and operational planning," explains Gaj Ganandran, Group Performance Director at Aviva. "We are gaining consistency, transparency and agility to support the sustainable growth of our business."
For Anaplan, this collaboration demonstrates the power of its platform in complex environments.
"This expansion strengthens a data-driven decision-making culture in support of agility and innovation," adds Dayne Turbitt, SVP & Managing Director EMEA.
With this initiative, Aviva continues its mission: supporting more than 20.5 million customers in the UK, Ireland, Canada, as well as India and China, while continuously adapting to tomorrow’s challenges.
