Retailer TEDi, one of Europe’s largest discount retailers, has announced that it has selected the Board enterprise planning platform to unify its financial, operational and merchandise processes across Europe.
Operating in 15 countries with more than 3,600 stores and annual revenue exceeding €3 billion, TEDi is preparing for a new phase of ambitious growth. The company plans to expand its network to 5,000 stores in the coming years. To support this expansion, TEDi is relying on Board technology to simplify and centralise its planning.
A vision for controlled growth

The first phase will focus on financial planning, followed by operational and merchandise planning.
Rollout planned for 2026
Go-live is scheduled for July 2026 and will cover strategic areas such as:
revenue and fiscal year planning,
store network expansion,
assortment and sales management,
logistics and supply capacity,
purchasing and promotions,
workforce planning.
