Pigment launches Sequences, a feature that optimises data entry by organising Boards into guided, interactive steps.
Thanks to this innovation, users follow a structured journey without complex instructions or manual navigation. Suitable for finance, HR, sales and supply chain functions, Sequences ensures smooth, intuitive data entry, thereby reducing errors and improving process efficiency.
Creating a Sequence is simple: just select Boards, organise them using drag and drop, and customise the appearance. For an optimal experience, Pigment recommends including a home Board, a review area, and standardising page selection options.
Sequences integrates with Pigment's automation tools, enabling notifications to be sent to users and targeted actions to be triggered. Administrators can easily edit, delete or duplicate Sequences, ensuring a smooth transition between testing and production.
