Pigment announces a partnership with Crédit Agricole Nord de France to modernize its planning and performance management processes. This initiative is part of the bank’s transformation strategy and aims to strengthen operational efficiency and decision-making quality through more agile and shared use of data.
A technology solution serving a strategic ambition
According to the publisher, following a rigorous selection process incorporating stringent data security and regulatory compliance criteria, Pigment was selected for the robustness of its platform, the traceability of information, and the relevance of its performance management capabilities.
This choice reflects Crédit Agricole Nord de France’s desire to evolve its practices toward a more integrated and collaborative model. The artificial intelligence capabilities offered by the solution will in particular make it possible to automate certain analyses and improve forecast reliability.
As Romain Farlet, who is overseeing the project, points out, the platform’s architecture, its high level of security, and its ability to meet the requirements of the banking sector were decisive criteria, as was its ease of adoption by finance and management control teams.
Unified and more agile management
By deploying Pigment, Crédit Agricole Nord de France is equipping itself with a cross-functional planning and management foundation based on a single data model.
The aim is to break down silos in decision-making processes by facilitating the sharing of consistent metrics across the different departments. Teams will therefore be able to develop more aligned plans, simulate different scenarios, anticipate changes in their environment, and make faster, better-informed decisions.
According to Édouard Beaucourt, Head of EMEA at Pigment, this project illustrates the commitment of organizations operating in highly regulated environments to fundamentally transform their planning and performance management practices.
A transformation serving collective performance
Beyond the technological dimension, this initiative aims to strengthen the organization’s analytical capabilities and promote more collaborative performance management.
Jean-Paul Mamert, Chief Financial Officer of Crédit Agricole Nord de France, emphasizes that the modern approach to data management and the integration of artificial intelligence were key factors in selecting the solution. He explains that the project is intended to strengthen analytical capabilities and improve collective management, with the aim of better serving customers and supporting the bank’s strategic priorities.
A key player in regional financing
Crédit Agricole Nord de France is a major player in financing the local economy, serving more than 1.15 million customers, including individuals, businesses, professionals, farmers, and public-sector organizations. Operating in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais departments, the bank relies on a network of more than 200 branches, several business centers, and nearly 2,900 employees.
As a cooperative and mutual bank, it also brings together more than 500,000 members and a network of local branches to reconcile economic performance, local presence, and social impact. It offers a comprehensive range of savings, financing, insurance, and real estate services, while developing specific areas of expertise, particularly in supporting the energy transition and major regional projects.
