The Les Grands Chais de France group, a major player in wine exports worldwide, has undertaken the modernisation of its financial processes with the Amelkis Solutions solution. Comprising more than 80 companies, the group faced the growing complexity of multi-company consolidation and the need for a more agile solution to manage its financial reporting.
According to the vendor, this project, led by Geoffrey Guillain, Head of Consolidation and International Accounting, reflects a desire to improve efficiency and reliability in the production of financial reports. The objective was clear: reduce lead times, streamline data management and improve traceability.
Thanks to the implementation of Amelkis, Les Grands Chais de France achieved several notable improvements:
a significant reduction in lead times for producing its reports,
a threefold reduction in production time,
better multi-company and multi-import management,
as well as complete traceability of the financial process.
