Anaplan is strengthening its strategic partnership with Google Cloud in France to offer businesses an artificial intelligence-driven scenario planning and analytics platform, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure that complies with local requirements. This development aims to provide French organisations with a high-performance environment for making faster, more reliable decisions based on their data.
Cloud infrastructure tailored to French businesses
Thanks to this partnership extension, Anaplan customers in France can now deploy their planning platform on Google Cloud infrastructure located in the country. This availability meets businesses' growing expectations regarding sovereignty, data residency and regulatory compliance.
Organisations thus benefit from a secure environment that enables them to leverage their strategic data while complying with local requirements for information protection.
Planning enhanced by artificial intelligence
Anaplan's platform now combines advanced data orchestration capabilities, a real-time calculation engine and artificial intelligence agents specialised by business domain. These features help improve forecast quality, simulate different scenarios and support decision-makers in an economic context marked by high volatility.
Integration with Google Cloud services also enables businesses to combine their internal data with external sources and leverage BigQuery's analytical capabilities to accelerate their analyses.
A partnership supporting business transformation
This announcement follows on from a collaboration between Anaplan and Google Cloud that has been underway for several years. After several international deployments, this new step marks the strengthening of their presence in the French market.
For Laurent Martini, Anaplan's Managing Director EMEA, this development will enable French businesses to benefit from an AI-powered planning platform hosted close to their operations, while enjoying a high level of security and compliance.
For his part, Brian Goldstein, Vice President and General Manager, Strategic AI and ISV GTM at Google, emphasises that this collaboration illustrates Google Cloud's commitment to supporting French businesses in their digital transformation through scalable cloud infrastructure and Anaplan's artificial intelligence capabilities.
A strategy focused on agentic AI
This development also supports the “Agentic Enterprise” strategy recently unveiled by Anaplan. The publisher plans to offer a new generation of artificial intelligence agents designed to support finance, supply chain, sales and human resources functions.
The first specialised agents for finance departments are expected to be available by the end of the year, with the aim of automating certain operations and enabling teams to devote more time to high-value decision-making.
A new step for intelligent planning
By extending its partnership with Google Cloud in France, Anaplan is strengthening its position in the artificial intelligence-driven enterprise planning market. By combining analytical power, data security and automation capabilities, the two partners intend to support French businesses in improving their decision-making processes and adapting to an increasingly complex economic environment.
