As the transformation of the finance function accelerates under the combined impact of regulatory requirements, non-financial expectations and the need for decision-making agility, Amelkis is joining forces with Décideurs Magazine (Leaders League) and Bsmart to create the Conso & Reporting 360° Circle.
This joint initiative aims to provide consolidation, reporting and financial performance management professionals with a privileged forum to exchange ideas, share their experiences and anticipate the sector’s major developments.
Going beyond technology: bringing together an engaged community
For Nawfal Yassir, co-founder of Amelkis, this initiative is part of a long-term vision:
“The finance function is entering a new era, marked by the convergence of regulatory requirements, non-financial expectations and the need for decision-making agility. For more than twenty years, we have been helping finance departments ensure the reliability of and enhance the value of their data. With the Conso & Reporting 360° Circle, we want to go beyond technology: bring together an engaged community, foster the emergence of new practices and collectively help redefine the standards of financial performance management.”
This alliance, jointly led by Nawfal Yassir and Mathieu Meffre, Managing Director of Leaders League, addresses a growing need for structured dialogue within the finance community. The circle will bring together consolidation and management control departments, as well as, more broadly, financial decision-makers wishing to compare their perspectives and explore the transformations under way.
A space to anticipate regulatory and technological changes
Finance departments today must contend with a growing number of regulatory obligations: CSRD, VSME, ESG reporting, strengthened controls, and more. This increasing complexity requires new approaches to managing performance, structuring information and ensuring data auditability.
It is precisely in this context that the Conso & Reporting 360° Circle positions itself.
As Mathieu Meffre explains:
“The creation of this circle is fully aligned with current momentum: offering a space where decision-makers can share their perspectives, anticipate regulatory and technological changes, and rethink the role of reporting in value creation. Our mission remains unchanged: connecting communities of decision-makers around the challenges shaping the finance of tomorrow.”
2025: a year of events, dinners and professional meetings
The 2025 programme promises to be rich and unifying. Themed dinners, business breakfasts and meetings dedicated to the transformation of the finance function will punctuate the year.
The organisation and facilitation of the circle will be entrusted to Alpaga Conseil, with the aim of making the Conso & Reporting 360° Circle an essential forum of influence for finance departments.
By bringing together experts, executives and decision-makers, the Conso & Reporting 360° Circle aims to become a catalyst for reflection and innovation. In an environment where certainties are fading and regulations are constantly evolving, this initiative meets an important need: building bridges, opening up new perspectives and supporting the profession in its transformation.
